What's behind the closet door?

"Stop throwing Nerf balls at me!" I blinked and then heard a shatter, I looked back at the mirror that was shattered. 

"Why did you duck, now I'm going to be in trouble!" Said my annoying twin brother. He loves to annoy me. He can sometimes be really wierd. He embarrassed me when we were at school and he revealed the secret about who I kissed yesterday. Why did he have to tell his friends. Boys can be so annoying! especially if they are a twin of yours. When you are that close to each other, you know each others secrets. 

My mom came home and looked at the mirror that was shattered. She apparently did not have a good day at work. She said with an angry face, "Alicen, why did you break that mirror?"

"Mom, I did not break that mirror. You see that nerf ball? Why would I through nerf balls, Mick broke the mirror!" I got more angry, not just because I didn't break the mirror but also because Mick was blaming me for breaking the mirror.

"Since I can't find out which one of you did it, both of you are skipping dinner and going straight to your rooms, and don't bother bringing your phones in there!" Mom was obviously stressed by other reasons. My dad left us and doesn't want to do with either me or Mick. 

I went to my room, and what I don't like, is why at age 16, I have this kind of punishment from my mother. Atleast my phone wasn't taken longer than one night. What I experienced next was so creepy, I got nightmares. I looked toward the closet in my room, and what is very strange, is why my closet door is always locked. It has been locked even before we moved here. That is not the reason why I got nightmares, no the reason was, was that I sometimes here scratches on the door, I experienced it that night, but it sounds like a rat is behind that door. But I can't find out what is in there because it is always locked. I decided to walk to the closet, I looked through the lock whole and didn't see anything, everything was pitch black through that whole. I walked back to my bed and finally decided to get into my night gown. I layed still on my bed for a couple of hours, not closing my eyes, but it seemed like the moment I shut my eyes I got a nightmare. 

In my dream I was in my bedroom, I looked at the closet door. I looked down and saw crumb marks going to my closet. I walked towards the closet. I looked behind me because I thought I felt someone touch my shoulders. Then I looked back at the door. Suddenly I felt a scratch on myback, it started from top and went slowly doen my spin down to my lower torso and then I looked back to see who scratched me. I was so confused at what was happening. I heard a scratch coming from the closet. I looked back at the closet door. I turned the knob, and I saw this big empty room. When out of nowhere, I saw a rat bigger than one foot, he looked at me with its red eyes. I looked away closing my eyes and when I looked back I saw this man. he had a scar starting from his upper face above his left eye and went down and crossed to the right side of his lips. He had a star tattoo on his wrist. I blinked and when I looked again he had a camera in his eyes, he flashed the lights and it seemed like the light blinded me for a second. I had apparently fell against the door of the closet. I don't know why I closed the closet in a dark room when there could have been anything in the closet, and there was, a rat that turned into a man. I was in a sitting position against the door and the man crouched down and looked right in my face and I noticed he was wearing a facial mask. I took it off and saw...

..."Kevin? why are you in my closet?" he got a bat and wacked me with it. then suddenly I woke up. I looked at the closet and I got out of bed and looked through the lock again and noticed a shadow move.
